About
Verified profiles, structured introductions, declared engagements and a continuous record — held in one governed system. Governance is set out in full on the Trust page.
01
An operating layer for senior construction and development roles. Verified operator profiles, structured introductions under NDA where required, proposals as discrete versions, and an engagement record that retains the chronology from first introduction through renewal.
02
Senior engagements are gated by trust and by record-keeping, not by candidate volume. The recurring sequence — role, introduction, conversation, proposal, declared engagement, continuity — runs more reliably when it is held in one governed system rather than across private inboxes and informal referrals.
03
Under the engagement, not above it. Operance is not a party to the contract, not a paymaster, and does not sit on the cash flow. The business and the operator engage directly; Operance verifies, gates, records and preserves continuity.
04
Construction and development is the first domain because the engagements are senior, consequential and trust-gated. The same mechanics apply elsewhere where serious operators engage on serious work.
