How Operance works

What is a Role?
A Role is a published need from a Business — a specific senior engagement they want to fill.
What is an Introduction?
A governed request from a Business to an Operator, made using one Introduction Credit.
What is an Engagement?
The governed record of the relationship between a Business and an Operator, from accepted Introduction onwards.
How do Credits work?
One credit per Introduction request, returned automatically on decline, expiry or NDA timeout. Additional credits are £25 each, excluding VAT.
How does Verification work?
Verification is reviewed by the Operance team. Once approved, an Operator is published as Verified.
What is the Activation Fee?
A single fixed £3,500 fee, excluding VAT, payable by the Business only when both parties confirm the engagement has commenced. No commission.
How do I publish Availability?
Operators publish capacity from /app/operator/availability — regions, sectors, cadence, earliest start.
How do I request an Introduction?
Open an Operator's Profile from /app/business/operators and select Request Introduction.
