For operators

Serious appointments, direct engagement, professional independence.

For senior construction and development operators taking serious appointments on defined commercial terms — engaged directly with the business, with the engagement recorded.

What you control

A profile you own

Disciplines, sectors, value bands, geographies, engagement preferences, availability and qualifications. The profile is yours; Operance verifies and surfaces it.

Publish when you are ready

Operators choose when to publish. Until you do, the profile remains private. Once published — and verified — it becomes eligible for review by businesses.

Serious appointments only

Appointments come from companies that have committed an introduction credit and stated their intent. Decline freely; ask for more information; accept on merit.

Direct engagement

Operance is not a party to the engagement and does not deduct from your fees. Terms are agreed between you and the business.

Structured proposals

Scope, fee model, milestones, expenses, notice, assumptions, acceptance deadline. Send, counter, accept and decline are tracked as discrete steps, with each version preserved.

An engagement record that compounds

Every confirmed engagement becomes part of a record — visible to you, to the business, and to Operance — that accumulates standing over time.

The relationship

Operance does not represent operators and does not deduct from operator fees. The engagement is direct between business and operator, on terms they agree. Verification, confidentiality and the engagement record are set out on the Trust page.
