Pricing
A subscription for the workspace, governed introductions, and a structured way to participate in the engagements that follow.
The subscription provides the workspace and the controls. Engagement governance participation reflects the introductions, continuity tooling and engagement record that surround a confirmed engagement. There is no percentage of fee and no deduction from operator pay. The governance behind these terms is set out on the Trust & governance page.

When introductions become engagements
Engagement governance participation
When an introduction made through Operance results in a confirmed engagement, the business declares that engagement on the platform and Operance participates on a fixed, banded basis. Participation buys the engagement record, the protected introduction window and the continuity tooling that sit around the relationship — it is not a percentage of engagement value, and operators are paid in full by the business directly.
| Engagement annualised value | Formation participation | First renewal beyond protected period |
|---|---|---|
| Under £75,000 | £1,500 | £750 |
| £75,000 – £250,000 | £3,500 | £1,750 |
| Above £250,000 | £6,500 | £3,250 |
Worked example
A declared engagement at £180,000 annualised value sits in the £75,000 – £250,000 band. Formation participation is £3,500, payable by the business on declaration. A renewal beyond the twelve-month protected period is £1,750. The operator's fees are unaffected and paid by the business in full.
Protected introduction period
An engagement formed within twelve months of an Operance introduction is in scope of these participation terms, regardless of where the contract is signed or which group entity engages the operator. Set out in full in the Terms of Service.
Operational continuity
A declared engagement unlocks renewal reminders, structured continuation proposals, operator availability flagging and the engagement record — the chronology, NDA and proposal history, retained as a single institutional record.

Pricing built around the engagement record, not the engagement fee.
