How Operance works

What is a Role?
A Role is a published need from a Business — a specific senior engagement they want to fill.
What is an Introduction?
A governed request from a Business to an Operator, made using one Introduction Credit.
What is an Engagement?
The recorded relationship between a Business and an Operator after both parties agree to proceed.
How do Credits work?
Introduction Credits are consumed each time a Business requests an Introduction. Top-ups are £25 per credit.
How does Verification work?
Verification is reviewed by the Operance team. Once approved, an Operator is published as Verified.
What is the Activation Fee?
A one-time £3,500 Engagement Activation Fee is charged when both parties confirm an Engagement.
How do I publish Availability?
Operators publish capacity from /app/operator/availability — regions, sectors, cadence, earliest start.
How do I request an Introduction?
Open an Operator's Dossier from /app/business/operators and select Request Introduction.
